At iWills India, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Facebook platform policies, this page provides instructions on how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and any associated personal data from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal information, account, and platform data at any time by following these steps:
- Send an Email: Send an email from your registered email address to hello@iwills.in.
- Subject Line: Use the subject line "iWills Data Deletion Request".
- Provide Details: In the email body, please include your:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of your personal data and account.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
- Verification: To protect your security, our team will verify your identity (usually by sending a verification request back to your email or registered phone number).
- Processing Time: Once verified, we will permanently delete your account, drafted documents, will details, contact history, and WhatsApp chat history from our database within 7 to 10 business days.
- Confirmation: We will send you a final email confirmation once all your personal data has been completely erased.
Legal Retention Requirements
Please note that certain transaction logs, invoice records, or data required for legal and tax compliance will be retained for the minimum period mandated by law. Once the legal retention period has expired, this data will also be permanently deleted.
