At iWills India, we specialize in Inheritance Laws in India, helping individuals and families secure their legacy with clarity and confidence. Our team has deep expertise across all major frameworks governing inheritance in India — including the Indian Succession Act, 1925, which applies to Christians and those not governed by personal laws; the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, which governs Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and Sikhs; and the principles of Muslim Personal Law (Shariat), which apply to Muslims in matters of succession and inheritance.
